David Grant
CEO and Co-Founder
AdVantage Networks, Inc.
David has a passion for developing innovative technologies that create new opportunities
or solve business and social problems.
Prior to founding AdVantage Networks, Inc., David was the CIO of AssistMed, Inc.,
where he stabilized the company’s core technologies and introduced new technologies
and business models that enabled new growth and transformed the company’s
products and services in the US and Canada.
David founded several startups that were later acquired, or licensed by much larger
companies to use with their solutions. He has also authored several patents, some
which have been sold to industry leaders ranging from e-commerce to mobile banking
and fraud detection.
Mr. Grant also founded Rx-Connect, a startup venture that was acquired by PacifiCare
Health Systems in 2001. While at PacifiCare, David served as a President & CEO of
MEDeMORPHUS (Rx-Connect), and as a Vice President with PacifiCare’s E-Solutions.
MEDeMORPHUS was responsible for delivering more than $13,000 savings on drug
spend per physicians and created over $75 MM of recurring value to PacifiCare and
other payers. This technology reduced hospital admissions by approximately 11.4%
and helped create the current standard of national electronic prescribing platforms.
David was recognized as a finalist for InfoWorld’s CTO of the Year for technology
innovations and has served as a technology strategist for companies such as PacifiCare,
Autobytel, Countrywide Home Loan and Nestlé. His efforts have successfully enabled
these companies to increase profits and provide better products and services to
their
customers.
David is a results-driven executive and repeat entrepreneur with a proven track
record
for managing complex organizations and startup ventures. He enjoys working with
fun, creative people in a collaborative team environment.
Sanjeev Kuwadekar
CTO and Co-Founder

Sanjeev Kuwadekar is a seasoned serial entrepreneur with software engineering background
Sanjeev is co-founder and CTO of AdVantage Networks where he guides the current
and future technical architecture for next generation online advertising platform.
Prior to joining AdVantage Networks, Sanjeev served as CEO of GrowBiz Services Inc,
a software consulting firm in California.
Prior to GrowBiz, Sanjeev founded HeyAnita Inc, a leading speech recognition product
company in the wireless field. Sanjeev served as CEO of the company for over 6 years.
In that role, he expanded the company’s operations in Europe and Asia, turned the
company profitable in less than 2 years, formed strategic partnerships with Verizon
Wireless, Sprint, Vodafone, Mitsubishi and Hewlett Packard, and negotiated the
successful sale of the company. Sanjeev received the Software Entrepreneur of the
Year Award from Software Council of Southern California in 2003 for his outstanding
contribution to the field of wireless communications software. Prior to HeyAnita,
Sanjeev served in various executive roles at Microsoft for over 9 years. He holds
a
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of
Science degree in Computer Science with specialization in artificial
intelligence and natural language processing systems from the Indian Institute of
Technology (IIT Bombay).
Joe Waimrin
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
AdVantage Networks, Inc.
Joe Waimrin is Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for AdVantage Networks
and is responsible for developing vertical markets, driving sales and sourcing and
managing strategic partner relations. Prior to joining AdVantage Networks in 2011,
Joe was Vice President of Business Development for mBlox Americas, the global
leader in SMS message delivery and associated financial transaction processing.
Joe’s business career of 20 years has been focused on telecommunications, application solutions
and mobile messaging in senior sales and business development roles. He started his
career in sales at AT&T. Subsequently, he has worked with ClearSky Mobile Media,
Tornado Development and XO Communications in Director and VP positions. Joe
holds a BS in Business Economics.
